Why We Dream- Is our subconcious mind awake in sleep?

Standard

Dreams are mysterious.

Sleeping Beautiful

Once I came across a book, 'Mysterious thoughts and Occult arts' describing exploitation of six inner senses among which besides clairvoyance, telepathy etc.,there was description of events when dreams have come true and helped to avoid many accidents.Mostly one dreams what one is engrossed with during the day as It is said that a dog dreams crushing bones in his mouth. But at times one finds himself viewing the past events or future happenings too. Some can interpret the dreams which often come true.

Dreams have helped in the discoveries too like the formula for glucose when the scientist dreamed a snake forming a ring and he got the idea of hexagon.

My Siblings-two brothers and two sisters in a family cause no complaint.

Standard

At least a brother and a sister should be one's siblings.

i was the only child who survived after my mother underwent three cesarean and two minor operations and my two sisters and two brothers passed away in their infancy. It was after many prayers and care that I survived and my parents lived a soothing life. However I cherished to have my siblings and would try to find solace in my cousins.

History is a great teacher and our ancestors are the torch bearers in shaping our lives besides to serve as a lesson for the future progeny.

The title of my book is ‘Hamare Aslaf aur Mashaikh-i-Kashmir’–our Ancestors and Saints of Kashmir.
It describes our ancestor’s life stories/incidents translated from the original manuscripts dating hundreds years back and also mentions their chain of preceptors reaching up to the Prophet Mohammad (PBH) This will serve as a reminder to our generation of their noble past and how they should shape their future character keeping the torch of their forerunners burning and besides serve as a deterrent to the future progeny lest they forget their ancestor- links which convey a message for them.
